Gigbridge was founded on a simple observation: organizations were being asked to choose between a consulting firm that could advise and a staffing firm that could supply, and neither one was accountable for the outcome.
We built Gigbridge to close that gap. Today we operate as a business and technology solutions company that brings consulting, professional services, workforce strategy, and talent together under a single relationship.

Co-Founder and CEO
Kerry Hays, Founder and CEO of Gigbridge Talent Solutions, brings 27 years of diverse experience in Staffing, Consulting, and Workforce Solutions across IT, Finance, and Engineering sectors. She has held leadership roles in Sales, Service Delivery, Recruiting & Fulfillment, and Operations, including Chief of Staff, delivering strategic talent and consulting services for Fortune 100 companies and mid-market clients.
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Julian van Santen, President & Chief Technology Officer at Gigbridge Talent Solutions, brings over 20 years of expertise in Technology, Engineering, and Operations across multiple industries, including Information Technology, Finance, and Engineering. As an entrepreneur and business executive, Julian founded Precision C3, specializing in manufacturing components for the aerospace, electric vehicle, and energy sectors. His deep technical background and leadership have driven innovative solutions in these high-tech fields.
Operations Manager
Ashley Gousset brings nearly 15 years of experience in executive support and operations leadership across corporate and entrepreneurial environments. She began her career in executive offices at Microsoft headquarters, building a foundation in executive support, budget management, and organizational coordination.
Gigbridge is a certified Women's Business Enterprise through WBENC, the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the United States.
For our clients, WBENC certification supports supplier diversity goals and procurement requirements without compromising on capability. The certification reflects ownership, not scope.
